Like most young adults, when Erin was 18 years old she found herself wondering what she wanted out of life and if she could turn a passion into a profession. Unsure of what she wanted to do, one thing was sure, she wanted to help people. In 2013 her holistic journey began at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts to become a yoga instructor and a massage therapist. Once she began teaching yoga at different fitness studios she realized she had found another love, Pilates. After becoming a regular in Pilates classes, she realized she not only wanted to grow in her practice, but to also teach. Erin has her Associates degree from Mesa Community College, is a licensed massage therapist and a certified Pilates and yoga instructor. She hopes to continue her journey in the holistic and fitness industry by advancing her education and adding more modalities into her practice. Her goal is to help each person she works with through mind, body and soul and to create a fun and safe environment that you will want to return to over and over again.
Erin's journey of massage therapy began in 2013 when she began to study at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. She graduated the 750 hour massage therapy program in March 2014 and has been practicing ever since. Specializing in swedish, deep tissue, pre-natal and thai massage.
In early 2018 Erin began her 500 PSC pilates teacher training. She completed her training in August 2018 and specializes in reformer and mat pilates.
